IELTS reading and Listening part multiple question answer confussion

IELTS reading and Listening part question confussion:

For Example:
Question 5 and 6
Choose Two letters A - E.

A:
B:
C:
D:
E:

so, what does it mean, i have to choose 2 answer for each question, or 1 answer for 1 question?
for example means for Answer 5: B and for Answer 6: D
or I have to choose for Answer 5: B , A, and for Answer 6: C , E.
please help me. I appeared 3times IELTS but my score of listening just 6.5 and reading also 6.0 rest is 7, but have a doubt in this kind of similar question. I get letter that send IELTS high score within 60days (high score is : L 7.5 and rest of at least 6.5).

u hav to chose Answer 5:B and for Answer 6:D.
every question no. should hav an answer (& only one)

You have to choose one answer for each question. answer can be in any order. Suppose B,C are the two answer. U can write 5:B 6:C  or 5:C 6:B

There are some other factors which you may need to notice.

in Last exam I get speaking 7.5, L: 6 , Reading 6, Writing : 6.5 , what to do get high score. I am reading and doing lots of practice.
but I need L: 7.5 and rest will be 6.5 . but since my last 3 try, I am not reaching what score I want..... any advisible tips please suggest me. my points are 70 with old result but CHC buffalo send me request of new result with high score, old result is not high so not accepted and CHC Buffalo mentioned that submit it before December 1st 2010. what to do for getting high score??? or can I fight with old result and where I can make complaint.
