IELTS Points for June 2004 applicants

Dear All,
           I applied in june 2004 from ISB Pakistan and at that time I did not submit the IELTS results.I have updated documents to CHC London in January with IELTS Results of Dec 2010.
           I want to ask that what will be crieteria of assessing my four langauge skills as the score ratings points are different now from 2004 in IELTS system.

Point that were in effect when you took the exam i.e. Dec/10
