IELTS in Detroit ?

Is there any IELTS center located in Detroit ?

Also, IELTS is for principal applicant not necessary for spouse ?

And as far as I know the principal applicant is the one that has to take the tests

One more quick question for you: There are two tests 1. Academic Test and 2. General Training test.

When all else fails, read the instructions.  CIC says General.

It is General Training Test and as I know, the score is valid for 1 year to apply for immigration.
The listening and Speaking is same for both but writing and reading differs from Academic test.
