Ielts for noc type 0

With regards to ielts, i just got my scores back and based on the clb table, i got the following scores (see below), I'm just not sure if I did it right, my NOC is type 0...please advise if my score qualify me to apply for the CEC or if i need to retake the ielts again.  Many Thanks!!
