IELTS for a doctoral student in USA (originally from Pakistan)

Hello
I am from Pakistan and pursuing my doctoral studies in USA for the past 4 years. I just wanted to know if I have to take IELTS too or my 4 years spent in USA would count towards it.

IELTS is mandatory for all applicants. So yes - you need to do IELTS.

No concessions. IELTS General Module is Mandatory. Cannot apply with it.
