Hello,

My family from India has filed for immigration under skilled category and its under process. Is there a chance that they will not ask for IELTS score? has it happened with any of you?

Thanks,
Jebs

The only instance an applicant might receive an IELTS exemption is if the applicant was actually born, and received most of his or her education up to the tertiary level in any of the original English Speaking Countries, where English is the first language.

Anatoly,

If you search Google for IELTS, I'm sure you'll find lots of places to study.  Usually there are schools that have courses designed specifically to help you with IELTS.

Hello Jebs,

they are sure to ask the principle applicant to apprear for the IELTS Exam.

Its not a tough exam and with minimal preparation, you can get a good band score in all the three sections of the exam.

for the exam details visit : IELTS.ORG Website.

goodluck and if you are asked by the CIC to submit the IELTS Scores, then please do it right away without any delay.U might not get an exam slot right away and you got to book well in advance the exam date/place.

goodluck.
