Do v need IELTS certificate while sending the initial application  or is it required ony when v get the file number.
Kindly hepl me out. I have applied for the IELTS exam.

Read the instructions, you need the IELTs when you submit your full application to the processing  office.

You should send your ORIGINAL IELTS certificate with the full documentation.
