Hi,

I got IELTS Band 6 and below are my individual Scores.

Listening - 5.5
Reading  - 5
Writing   - 6
Speaking -7

My first work Permit belongs to NOC A (1 year) occupation : Embedded Software engineer  and
Current Work permit belongs to NOC B (1 Year and more) occupation :Test Analyst.

am i qualify to apply for PR with this IELTS score or not.

Please suggest, otherwise i will retake IELTS exam.

while applying PR which category do i need apply
Please advice.

Are you applying for PR through CEC?

Since your current NOC is B, then you should just apply under NOC B and you meet the language requirements:

•If you have qualifying Canadian work experience at Skill Level B of NOC, your test results must match the CLB/NCLC below(see chart):
◦5 or higher for each of those abilities, or
◦4 for any one of those abilities, 5 or higher for any other two of those abilities and 6 or higher for the remaining ability.

you meet the NOC B, but not NOC A
