IEC/criminal records need some help please!

Hello everyone, I'm ready to send my application but i have an important question:

I'm Italian, and while i was serving in the  Italian army i've been charged of AWOL, it is on my civilian records tho. It has nothing to do with me as  a civilian, it was while i was in the army and i did not had a dishonorable discharge or committed other felony or have other criminal records, the police certificate  says that it' s military record, so what i would like to know is, u guys think that they will refuse my application or reject it?
