Can anyone tell me how to apply for an IEC Working Holiday Visa. The website said it would be active on Jan 18th 2011 but it's still not working. I can't find any forms anywhere??? Please help  Sad

You have to register for an application kit.  I'm assuming you are in the UK?  Click the link at the bottom of this page.
