Hi everyone,

my boyfriend is Aussie and he is 34. He has received an email yesterday from MigrationExpert saying the IEC age limit's in Canada has changed this year 18 to 35.

We have been looking online to try to find info about it, but we can't find anything.

We were wondering if anyone has a clue ?

Thanks for your help !

I would also REALLY like an answer to this question! I am 32 and I want to move to Canada permanently one day but I would like to work and travel for a couple of years first, to make sure I am suitable for the climate. I was operating under the assumption I would have those few years up my sleeve but when I went to apply I kept finding the 18-30 age limit and yet for Brits its 35!

PLEASE tell me there is truth to this. I am wanting to come in April 2013 and begin a new adventure so I need to get a wriggle on with my paperwork - I will be devastated if I can't work!

The age limit is 30 for Aussies:

https://www.whpcanada.org.au/

The consultancy company that said the age limit was 35 doesn't know their facts and was confusing the UK requirements with the Australian requirements.
