Hi,
Our situation - we will get married in December '09 (2 months from now). We will be applying for a spousal immigration after our wedding, however, we also want to apply for a TRV so that she can travel with me to Canada after our wedding.
I know chances of a TRV getting rejected are higher. We would appreciate if you can share your ideas for the TRV application. Specifically, around the following questions
+ Should we apply for TRV BEFORE our marriage? If so, on what grounds would be most suitable?
+ Should we apply for TRV AFTER our marriage? If so, on what grounds would be most suitable?
