My ICT wp was refused by cic asking for the lmo. LMO and ICT are two different approaches. Will cic re-evaluvate the application and reconsider the refusal if asked for review.

Does CIC reconsider the refusals ?

Please advise.

Assuming that you were working in one of the 7 IT jobs that didn't require a LMO previously, you now need a LMO.  The program ended (except in BC/Quebec) 20/09/10.  A number of companies have tried using the "specialized knowledge Intra company transferee" It appears that CIC/CHC has decided that was an "end around" so they are examining them very closely.  You may wish to read the following OP Bulletin.

Thanks a lot for the reply.
I understand all the conditions. But two of my collegues also applied the same way, who are from IT back ground (Similar skill set) and got thier ICT approved.
I have a better qualifications (masters) than them. We have clearly pointed out the rare skill set. I still dont understand why mine was refused.

In this case, do we have possibility for the cic to review the case (as they have given WP for two collegues fw days before). Do they over turn the refusal if hte case is genuine.

My other questions is:

1. My LMO had been applied 20 days back.
2. Once I get my LMO can I cross the border (to US ) and get a new stamping and come back
3. Can we do a flagpolling.

Please advise.
