I would like to sublease my apartment.rented on Jan1st 2012

I just signed 1 year lease for a one bed room apartment dated on Jan 1st 2012. I am moving to another location becos of job there. I would like to sublease ASAP.Please let me know if any one intersted. Below are the details

1. One bed room with one bath
2. Intersection: Eglinton Ave E /Victoria park avenue
3. Monthly rent 980.
4. Name of the apartment is Golden Gate Apartments.

Please check with you landlord that you are allowed to do this, it is not permitted in some lease agreements.

Hi Suds,thanks for the PM.I know I might sound stupid but I couldn't find a reply button(or I might not have enough posts to be able to reply to PMs)..so I'm replying here.

Unfortunately we are not coming on the 1st of Feb,it will most probably be between the 7th to beginning of March.
Planning to get in touch with you as we get there if the offer is still available and maybe you can show us the apartment.

How's the area,any good daycares around?
