I paid my fees online for residency in full. I am going to send a copy of that receipt as proof to extend my spouses visitor visa.
Since I paid the fees on-line it shows in the middle of the receipt it says payer information now do I have to fill this info? or can I send
the receipt as is just for proof sake?

I really need a response because I am going to send the visitor visa extension in 30 mins... Smiley

you need to fill in the information before putting it together with the rest of the application documents.

It asks for a client ID? I do not know what this is and where to find it! Do I leave that blank?

Leave it blank, unless you also immigrated to Canada and have a UCI #.

Leave it  blank.  It's optional unless you were given one in a previous application.

But I thought you would have a Client ID when a visitor visa is issued to you.

If the spouse is visa exempt and they just stamped the passport, no client ID is given. And only the Visitor Record has the ID on it, not the Visa itself.

I am curious to know if I send only a copy of my spouse's front passport page included with the visitor visa stamp with the 6 month landed stamp which was issued by the officer upon arrival in the Toronto airport for the visitor visa extension application package?
Or does my spouse also have to send a photo copy also of the stamp when leaving Ecuador and entering in the U.S to transfer to Toronto from her passport?
