in 2008 i was ordered to leave Canada for overstaying and attending college for a year and half after the expiry of my study permit and left in 2009 , now i have been married to a Canadian Citizen for about  a year and we are both currently  outside of Canada , can she sponsor me?

she can spouser u if she is candian citizen... can u tell me under which kind of deportation order they send u back...

yes she is a Canadian citizen , and  i Don't know what kind of deportation order it was , but its says in the letter that i have to leave Canada immediately.
