                          i was  submit my all documents in 23 July in 2010  as a welder. <in fast track> plz tell me     may i effected in new rules, which apply at 1 July 2011 plz tell me iam confuse plz  help.

Don't worry ! there is no change in occupational list. they are the same 29 noc's as before, only the cap is reduced from 1000 applications per noc to 500 per noc for the year 1 july 2011 to 30 june 2012. welder is still on the list and you apply july 2010 so you will be not effected in any way... cheers

Mr Sidhu, where are you from? can you please share the time line for the application? I see you mentioned you applied in July 2010, I think many applicants from that time have atleast got their medical requests. What stage is your application at?
