I left montreal around 2005 still a canadien citizen , the reason I moved was to be with my Australian wife in sydney but me and my wife want to move to canada in montreal (where my family is) what are the procedures to I have to take to bring my wife back with me to montreal ?

As a Canadian citizen, you can sponsor a spouse while residing abroad.  You must include your plans to re-establish yourself in Canada with the sponsorship and application.  Start here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp
