How are you? The officer OPENED my envolope of Appli. of sponsor in Canada. I felt very exciting at the 1st second. But the next second, I am worrying about it very much, I always tell truth, but the listners never want truth, the very negetive mind, the 1.5 month of Risperidone 2 pills per day still can not balance my negetive thinking. My family doctor want to me take another year at least and assess me again before considering reduce the dosage. The negetive thinking push me to ask my husband to adopt my children from my previous marriage. My children will have a legal guardian no mather what happen to me, may be ddead? Their stepfather can apply them to Canada alone.

Am my thinking correct? make sense?

If you're asking if your husband can apply to sponsor your children to Canada if something happens to you - if he has adopted them, then yes.  But the process is not as simple as it would be were he to sponsor them as your dependents while sponsoring you also.  It is not required that he adopts them in order for him to sponsor them as your dependents.

If he is applying to sponsor you, you have to include them as your dependents anyway (assuming they are eligible - under 22 years of age and not married or common-law), and then you designate them as "accompanying" and they are issued their own PR visas when you get yours.  Then they "land", and once they do that, they're protected to be able to live and work in Canada as permanent residents, and they keep that (no matter what happens to you) as long as they maintain their residency requirement of living in Canada for 2 years of every five year period.
