Bad luck ,
dear you have to reapply . Because there are no. of such cases that were refused and officers did not entertain their mails . I don't want to hurt you but to tell you what was happened with those persons . Some of them succeed in second attempt.
 best of luck for future

why wasting your time writing them for appeal, why can't you re-apply?

zakout76,

What is your Nationality and what is your IELTS score, because your written English like a French descend. I wonder you can apply with your french language if any at all??

So that you can score points for English and French.

If I can suggest something, you'd better work on your English, re-apply then and you should be fine.
Good luck

I don't see any reasons why CIC needs to accept your application or re-access it. There are many applicants with above 67 points in the queue.
