I NEEED HELP PLZ

23th february we sent the permanent residence fee( payment for visa) to case processing centre we sent by express post, i went to embassy they said till they confirm then they ask pasport to print visa , today i mean 18, march we call  1888242-2100 they said that we got ur reciept but it take 2 to 4 weeks to email embassy for paying this  . plz any body have infrotamion to tell me. every paying RPRF take 2 to 4 weeks to confirm cus im confused why take all this time

I was told by CIC 3-4 weeks take for them to send confirmation of payment to visa offices outside Canada

   Yes its true but you could have paid the fee sent a copy of the recipt to toronto and a copy to the visa office it speeds it up a little as the visa office will then confirm with miss .
