i am in trouble and unable to trace my online Ecase since Dec.2010. I have submitted my full documents to Nairobi VO on that day. received my 2nd AOR after long time by Email.However,Starting that day i tried to trace my online Ecase status but unable to know the progress. People in other forum are effectively use this service and worried why it does not work for me. Please Senor i sincerely request you to advice what to do. Sad Sad Huh Huh

I had send you a PM long time back on this issue....I thought it had worked out for you.

Did you try contacting them as suggested?

I had issue wit my e-cas for some time..i tried UCI no. instead of file no..It worked for me...

Hi,

try both the file numbers ( If you got both E and B. If your 1st AOR and 2nd AOR had the same file number, no issues, use it) , and the UCI,  along with your last name as exactly in the application form ( I hope you have a copy of the form ).

UCI stands for Unique Client Identifier..UCI number is shown on the PER,the letter sent from CIO,,below the address and the date in the first page...In the E-CAS,under identification type,select the first option client id number/unique client identifier..Then in the indentification number box,give your uci number..
This worked for me when my e-cas was not getting opened with file number..
