I need to travel urgently but my passport is in canadan immigration office Delhi

I was submitted my passport to Delhi on 25th June 2011, I did my medical on 6th June 2011 in London.  Now i am in a critical  situation I need my passport back urgently pleas tell me what i have to do.??

I read somewhere that if you ask for your passport (I think Qorax's Post, may be), that, they will return it to you without Visa. Dont know though what happens next....
