Hello, My name is Ricardo, I am Dutch and 20 years old. But i am currently resident and live in Spain.

However i want to come and move to Canada and start a new life here with a girl i met through the Internet. We already been together for over 3 years, and right now also on a holiday here in Canada for already more then 2 months. but i want to come back here and be able to get a work visa and at the end get PR.
But i have no clue in what steps to follow what papers to fill what kind of all information i need to give and fill in etc.

I already met a few people through family Members from my Girlfriend that will have no problem to hire me, but they don't know either what steps to follow and what to do. I tried to look it up but its all still really confusing.

I didn't finish my schooling but i am a good learner and willing to get trained etc.
i have Experience in some jobs but not that much.
My English is pretty decent i say myself so i wouldn't have a problem with that.

But my goal is to live and work in Canada and at some point marry my Girlfriend.

So is there anyone that can tell in steps that i should follow or could follow i would really appreciate it.

Greetings Ricardo.

The friends who want to hire you must go to Service Canada and apply for a labour market opinion for you, proving that they looked for people elsewhere and could not find any Canadian or PR who wanted the job and was qualified for the job.  If this is approved, you can use it to apply for your work permit.  Another thing you could apply for is a working holiday, see http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/germany-allemagne/youth-jeunesse/netherlands-pays_bas.aspx?lang=eng  It seems to be filled up for 2011 already but it will probably open up again at the end of the year to apply for a visa for 2012.  There are two different programs and each one of them would get you a permit for one year.  You would be able to do one after the other.

If you manage to live with your girlfriend for a full year, she can apply to sponsor you for PR.  This she could also do right away if you marry.  To learn more about sponsorship, visit the family section on this forum, see http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/family-class-sponsorship-b5.0/

Thanks for your Reply but a question. What kind of proof do they need that they been looking for new people.
or can they just say and kinda lie that they did.

and what information do i need to provide like for example, my passport number etc proof of that i am resident in spain? i already needed this paper when on the airport at customs.

and by living with my girlfriend for 1 year does it matter if we are married or engaged or just bf&gf.
and as tourist i can only stay 6 months at a time unless i stay the entire year with working holiday.

and i know that as a tourist 1 day in Canada counts as a half day and when you work in Canada it counts as a normal full day.

and i can use as much information possible to make sure that i make the right path by getting into Canada with the right progress.

No - they can't lie. They must show proof that they tried to hire a Canadian through advertising the job on Canadian job boards. See here for more information on LMOs:

If you are living with your gf for one year or more, in Canada, she is considered your common law partner and on any application form, you must list that she is your common law partner.  If one of you can manage to apply for PR, you can include the other in the same application.  If you manage to get an LMO and a work permit for a skilled job, skill level A, B or 0, your girlfriend can apply for an open work permit based on your permit or likewise if it is easier for her to get a job and work permit, you can get an open permit based on hers.

As a tourist 1 day in Canada etc. has nothing to do with work permit or PR, it is about citizenship and the way you quoted it is wrong.  The truth is that any day in Canada before you got your PR counts as a half day towards the citizenship requirements whether you were a tourist or working on a work permit or studying on a study visa.  For you, this is far ahead in the future.  You must be a PR for at least 2 years before you can possibly qualify to apply for citizenship.
