i got deported from usa a year ago my husband is white american. he is planing to move to canada to work there but i am in my home country. he wants me to go with him. i dont knw if im going to be able to get a visitor visa and then in the future get a recidency.
im fixing my legal problem w uscis waiting for some paperwork to get approve. but my husband doesnt want to wait.
can i get some help please.

1.  If you require a TRV (visitor visa) for Canada, it will be extremely difficult with a deportation from the US.  CIC/CHC is going to assume that you will overstay in Canada as a visitor.
2.  If you apply you will require a copy of your husbands work permit.
