If you receive any kind of offer of assistance (email, by phone, etc) from someone claiming to be able to help you, be extremely careful.  There are a number of fraudulent companies out there that will take your money and leave you with nothing. 

Don't become the victim of (quite possibly) fraudulent websites that you run across as part of an Internet search either.  Do your research before assuming the company is real, even if they look to be legitimate.
