I been in this relationship for a 2 years and we were common-law and we just tied the knot in April. He was on visa and his visa expired May 30 2008. I just applied to sponor him in early may and also an extention for his visa but they have not replied so I was wondering what is going to happen because is visa expired in may. Will he be deported back. I so worried.
