  I WORK FOR ARBY'S RESTAURANTS AND I GOT A JOB OFFER IN ONTARIO IS THAT POSSIBLE TO INMIGRATE AS A SKILLED WORKER CATEGORY  OR HOW CAN I START ALL THIS PROCESS.

here i paste one link you can read all information about skilled worker check your self if you qualify as skilled worker , you need 67 points to Qualify and as you said you have job offer so confirm job offer mean you will get 10 aditional points which is Plus point for you ,
