I was refused once by HR to hire foreign worker because of my Job description. I am the employer hiring and want this approved so that I can get my business going and have someone that is reliable.

So I have correct this and did all the necessary things they have required. place the add as per there descriptions as they require.

However I need help so that it is approved.

I do not know if anyone can answer this question but on the application it asks
What are the potential benifits to the labor market in Canada occur as a result of employing  the foreign worker.

If anyone has a great answer can you help. If there is any other help full hints so that I am not refused the second time around, would be much appreciated. As I have hire several local workers with no great results and have actaully 2 people that would great for this job, however they are both overseas.

Any help in filing this Foreign worker application would be so much appreciated.

I am getting frustrated as everyone else can seem to hire except me and I think it has to do with my application I filled out before.

Please help if you can.
