You have to give their address where they are living now. As your father is living in UAE and if he was there for more than ONE year his PR application will be processed in ABU DHABI visa office. For your mother and sisters the visa office will be New Delhi.

I have a question in this matter. Is your father ( I guess he may be working there ) is going to stay for another few years in UAE - means for 4 years or more?. If not better his address can be the same of your mother.  Perhaps Your  sponsorship approval can take upto 3 years and in the mean time he can go back and stay together in India. You can put a covering letter and mention that your father is at present in UAE in the following address............... and he will be back to India to stay with his family soon.  Any how sort out this part before submitting the application.

Form 1344 A: page one, questions 6 and 7 refer to the sponsor's address and phone number.
Form 1344 A: page three, questions 6 and 7 refer to the person you are sponsoring. For 6a put where your father lives in the UAE. If he has been lawfully admitted to the UAE for one year or more, put 'yes' for 6b. Then if you want your father's application to be processed in India (which I think would be the best) put 'no' for 6c.
For the mailing address you can put either. If you think your father might move, put the Indian address. You could also use your own address in Canada if you don't think the postal service in India is good.

If your cosponsor is a Canadian citizen who was born in Canada, you do not fill in B 9.
If your cosponsor was a permanent resident, but became a Canadian citizen, say what country he/she is from, his/her name when he/she became a PR, and his/her landing number.
