Imbestigador is NOT SHOWN IN Canada,Mastermind is already here and as a Canadian CANNOT BE DEPORTED To the Philippines,He s probably laughing HAHAHA,Remember the people who stole 700 million pesos in tax credits or about 16 million Canadian dollars in the Philippines about 5 years back.I saw them at a Chinese Restaurant in Richmond today.The Canadian Goverment DENIED the request of the Philippines to have them extradited.Canada protects its PR s and citizens unless they do crimes like Genocide etc.A Hong Kong Policeman who stole about 25 Million Dollars also was protected by Canada from deportation because He was a PR.Why do you think there are at least 6 retired Filipino Generals I know off here,Because they are forever out of the reach of the Philippine legal system,there is no extradition from Canada to the Philippines

The Canadian RCMP tends to turn a blind eye to crime not committed in Canada.  Aren't there still walking around in Vancouver a woman from India and her brother who had the womans daughter killed (in India) becasue she had disgraced the family by marrying a rikshaw driver?  India arrested the hired killers and put them away, then contacted the RCMP with evidence against the people who hired them such as phone records etc. and RCMP did nothing.  They just don't seem to care. 

If you ever make it to Canada, you could probably sue them in civil court if you find out who they are but so far you have nothing.  You have a post office box, the people who rented it are probably not using it anymore.  You may not be able to find out who they are from the box location except by court order.  Same with who is registered for that phone number.  Did you ever try the phone number?  Area code 781 is in Boston in the US.  The person may be located there but could have been using somebody else to pick up his PO box mail and forwarding it to him.

Yes they are still walking around talking about UNJUST Indian Goverment,RCMP doesnt care,It did not take place in Canada,But Canada jailed and Deported a Rwandan Guy responsibile for the deaths of 15,000 people including 500 He personally killed.So there is a limit about the crimes you can get away with

Just wondering if anyone of you, who already paid with corresponding proofs, could take the risk of reporting that agency to proper authorities here in Canada?

We are also thinking of doing that. We have enough proof such as reciepts and 'employment contract'. But we don't know how to do it. Are just going to march to Canadian Embassy and file for a case? And yes, we already filed a case with our NBI agency (local version of FBI). We can go only after their local partners here. And they also pinpointing this Jason G. Nicol. We have no idea how are we going to find  him in Canada.

ONCE MORE COLUMBAN NEVER EXISTED AT ALL,NO SUCH AGENCY EVER EXISTED IN ALBERTA,YOU WERE SENDING MONEY TO a POST OFFICE BOX,YOUR DOCUMENTS ARE PROBABLY TRASHED BY NOW.I did a Business search for the whole Canada,My Co worker couldnt believe that NOBODY did a Business search it takes only 2 minutes on internet to do this,He even said fools and their money are soon parted,I told him this is cruel to the Filipino victims who did not know any better

Im also an applicant of this "fake" agency with my brother,officemates & friends, we've invest almost our money & efforts to this false agency and were hoping that the mastermind named JASON NICOLE will soon be catched !...and do return our passports and vital travel documents. If you want to have more ideas on Mr. Nicole you can open his Friendster account.... in some victim/applicants ,please give us an any update or any result to the investigation about Mr. jason Nicole, as per his staff he's staying now in bicol and some applicant has already filed charges against at the NBI and working for his warrant of arrest!...please any additional update guys???? WE NEED TO RETRIEVE OUR PASSPORTS....and this person should be penalized for what he was done to us!

This is really pathetic,You are crying because you sent money to a P.O box supposedly to a company that NEVER EXISTED,Havent you guys heard of VOIP Phones,Anybody can buy a VOIP phone,No special connection needed for that,You got scammed big time,Dont you realize that anybody can buy those phones???.I gave Manila Girl the contact details of ALL listed Jason Nicole s in Canada,But consider your passports gone,They were probably sold already.Stop crying and report them stolen to your authorities and move on,If He is in Canada,He is out of the reach of Philippine Authorities,No extradition treaty with the Philippines.Move on with your life,This could have been all avoided if you guys had spent 5 minutes verifying that Columban never existed,The phone number was not even in a Alberta location.To quote my somewhat harsh officemate.A fool and his money are soon parted.I think that was kinda harsh,But seriously it took me only 5 minutes to verify Columban never existed and the Phone number was not in Alberta.Next time be more diligent in your research
