I met my spouse on my fisrt visit to Canada in 2003. we also shared time together. I returned to canada in 2004. We spent three months together. I came back again in 2006 and we shared time together. while sharing time together we decided on getting married.

What would be my chance of being approved if she decides to sponsor me. She is a Canadian citizen. we are now also sharing a child together, as weeare both living together. Also we send in our applications already.

You said, "if she decides to sponsor me," and "we sen[t] in our applications already."

Which is it?

So if you're married, there shouldn't be a problem.

If you're not married, you will have had to have lived together 12 consecutive months.
