hi............
i got mired and my wife live in Canada so i want to be next to my wife so can anybody tell me if their is a way to get next to heir am in Jordan i studded accounting 24y and my wife live in Montreal what is the steps to do anybody
if she can apply to sponsor me from Canada do it take longtime to be approved can it be refused ,,,,,,,,,,,,,

romel the next step you must take in order to be next to ur wife is to fill the application forms in this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp
part a is for ur wife to complete and part b is for u to do , pleas read the instructions carefully give the link to ur wife she must read it too please notice that if u speak french better than english than u can have those info in french too all u have to do is get to this link www.cic.gc.ca click in french then in the next window u click on applications and forms then on sponsorship of a spouse or common law patener

butt i want to ask if she apply how long it take 2 3 4 months to get the visa

It completely depends on the visa office where your application is processed. Normally about 4-8 months. You can take a look at average processing times here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/international/05-fc-spouses.asp#note. And yes, you can certainly be refused.
