I need guidance to know about application process

 Hello every one
I would like to say thanks for shearing theatres with every one
My questions is I had allied for the FSW on 5 /07/2011, my file had been delivered on 25/07/2011 at sydney, NOvacosta, then after my application fees was deduct on 27/09/2011 form my account. After that I send an email to the CIO to check my application status. They reply me on 12/10/2011 with the statement " Your submission is with our office and is awaiting initial review. You will be contacted in due course" . So according to your experience when I could receive AOR ?
Day before yesterday and today I send an email again that provide me AOR or any other information so I can check my status online . But I haven't got any reply form them.
so. I'm bit of worried what I can do?

I suggest stop sending queries to CHC as will not help in speeding up the process. Patience is key. I understand the frustration i could have but there is no way out.

As far as you are not denied officially, your case is alive and active
