I don't believe that there is a way where you can check your case status online.

Thank you , I've just checked that first website, it seems she is registered (Paralegal).
But how can I check my status online, I mean my case? Is it possible?

Can I apply for Alberta PNP program, if I'm a refugee claimant? or there is no way to change my status in Canada?  Please advice.

Your only option would be to withdraw your application for refugee status and then apply under a different catagory (for PNP it would mean leaving the country) or be sponsored as a spouse / common law.

Have you checked that your lawyer really is an accredited immigration consultant?
