can i, the sponsored apply for sponsorship and fill the forms? or must it be the person who is gng to sponsor me fill the forms?

also, for statutory declarations for common-law.. where and how to do it? my country do not allow common-law thingy.

can i pay online first and when i reached Canada, then i pass the stack of applications to them?

after applying, can i apply student permit/work permit as a sponsored status?

hi,

you both have to fill the forms, that means your spouse has to fill his forms and you your part. then send the whole package to mississauga, after your spouse gets approved, that means that mississauga is convinced that your spouse is able to sponsor you.

mississauga will sent the forms to your country´s visa office for further processing of your part.

this is a very very short explanation of the process, here are alot of people who can explain it waaaayyy better.

btw if you´re once approved and have your pr you won´t need to apply for another category!
