It is possible that you can buy documents but you are looking at a lot of money and no guarantees.  It is illegal and people often get scammed.  If immigration finds out that the job offer was bought and is not a genuine job offer, they will not give you a work permit.

You can look for a job online and there are agencies that may be able to help you find an employer but I can not name you any.

you can take help from some recruitment agencies in canada and outside they can help you to get job in canada with proper and legal way which is completely legal and safe ,but if you talking about  fake document and other sort thing  like expirience so then keep away from these agents who will suggest to you apply this way.
