1.  Is it neccessay to work on the same skill set on which you get parmanent Residence status.

2.  Can dependents work in CANADA, if yes then in which skill set they can work?

Once you land in Canada there is no obligation on the kind of job you or your dependent do.

you can do any work for your livelihood or you can enjoy without any work(a PR CAN REMAIN THEIR WITHOUT ANY WORK PROVIDED HE/SHE HAS GOOD FUNDS TO USE)Usually,IT IS IMPOSSIBLE  to find a work in the registered Occupations.
