I would like to know their experiences that an application had regarding their'm desperate because I have no permission to work and to study and I want to go to my country this is my status: Thankyou so much for any help end sorry for my english.

PD.in other post appears the medical certificates!!!!  were sent mine for more than 1 year but i dont know if still valid?

Im guessing by what you said is that your application is an inland application.Here is what you can do right now you can order you FOSS notes to see if there is anything wrong with your file use this link:

You can also try and contact your local MP as she/he might help in getting information on the where abouts of your file.

 and yes im aplying inland ,thanks for the information but if i send this form that you told me  wil i get an extra information that would be the same that information by phone??
whenever i call them to ask any information or how my process going they just tell  me that i have to wait  just wait  even for informatgion related to my working permit i have not idea when i will get it and the aplication i sent it on november and still nothing! and they told me that that would take an month or so

Did you receive AIP?? and when??

FOSS notes sometimes gives you more information on whats happening with your file it doesnt hurt to request it and also its free.

Contact your local MP they might help

Since you applied in December 2009, you should have heard something by now, at least First Stage of Approval.

Request the foss notes, you should find out more about your application.

i just recived my work permit after no having any news about my process, but i worry because my visitor status was expired 5 months ago even though previusly i was told that wase'nt matter but before i got the work permit i got a call from inmigration asking me if i would like to get my work permit or would like to extend my visitor visa wich confused me so i told them that i would like my work permit and not extend my visitor status i wondering if i did it right i want to know if i have to extend my visitor status or wait for my permanent resident


so would affect my process if a dont aply for an extencion of my visitor status? or how come i get my work permit not having status on Canada?

I JUST GET MY WORK PERMIT BUT MY VISITOR STATUS IS EXPARED

It's OK. You can work now. The work permit is instead of a visitor visa.
