I have duel citizenship with Canada. I have a place in Michigan right now and plan to move to Canada. My common-law spouse & I have been together for over 3 years. He is Canadian. Will I have to go through the process of filing an "application for landing"? I've tried searching on other sites & haven't found anything on this subject. Thanks for any info....

If you are a dual citizen Canada/US and can prove it, you don;t have to do anything, Canadians have the right to enter Canada.  How and when you obtained citizenship in Canada, if it was before 1977 through decent might be a problem.
