Dear friends ,
can somebody answer my question. my nephew is canadian but he is not living in canada is there any pionts to awarded to me ?
second , my file has been reviewed befor i submitted my IELTS and it was rejected even that i notify them about the date of my IELTS exam and after that i sent them the IELTS certificate so, shall i submite a new application or can i contact the canadian high commision to explain my case ?

You cannot get points for your relative unless you can provide a conclusive proof that he/she is now residing in Canada.
You should immediately contact CHC with your IELTS score and the solid reason for delay in providing the result.
