i have an interview letter 3 weeks from now. i need ASAP help please answer

Hello everyone,  Buffalo office processing my application. i have received a letter today says

An interview has been scheduled for you at our office to asses your application for  permanent recidence in Canada.

Time:

My questions?
1) the interview office adress on the letter is manhattan, instead of buffalo. will  interviewme in manhattan office because of its closer to my adress or is it a good sign or bad sign?
2) they didnt say anything on the letter about my wife, i think i can go by myself to interview?
3)they didnt asked me to bring any document with me? should still bring photos from our recent vacation or boarding passes? they didnt ask but if i bring more pic and etc, would it be helpfull to my interview or not necessary? we already sent wedding photos.
4) i heard some people says here you need to send fax to office and let them know thay you will attend the interview. the letter i received say fax if you wont be able attend the interview. so can anyone answer me?

1. Satellite offices are used both for the convenience of the applicant and the visa office, it is not a bad thing.
2. Unless otherwise instructed, it should be just you at the interview, especially since it is a satellite office you are going to.
3. Bring additional proofs, if you wish. 
4. If the fax is to confirm a negative, do not send one!

Take as much evidence and proofs as possible with you. Better to be prepared than sorry.
