If yes then can i do job during procedure?

What you will need to do is to apply for FSW 2 (job offer route)
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-how.asp
You cannot work until you get your PR.

Or you can apply for a temporary work permit but you will need a labour market opinion from HRSDC in order to apply.
