I have a question about IELTS. Please answer. (Quebec Applicant)

I would like to apply for
Quebec
skilled worker program. I already have my IELTS general training test results.
IDP
is my test centre.
Somebody said it shoud be done with
British Council
. Is it true? Somebody please help.

Your "somebody" is wrong, either IDP or British Council is fine.
