Hello what i want to know is if i am being deported from the U.S and i have a fraud charge in marriage  can i still apply for asylum in Canada or will that fraud charge come with me where ever i go and i will not be able to become a resident of Canada. Please help me i would really appreciate it if someone would please respond to my question.

You will be inadmissible to Canada based on Safe Third Country Agreement
