SCHEDULE 3- In ECONOMIC CLASSES- YOUR WORK EXPERIENCE I should not write on the work experience, the psychologist or NOC technician staff because I didn't work as a psychologist but as a personnel technician officer.

It's better to write all your work experience in the last ten years even not in the 29 NOC list. In the "order of preference", you will write your all NOCs starting with the one related to the present 29 NOC list. Of course, you must back it up with Certificate of Employment. Smiley

In my opinion nevermind what is your education. It counts what is your working experience. So, if you had one year experience during 10years that corresponds to required NOC than you can apply.

I'm afraid you cannot apply if you have had no experience as a psychologist or in any one of the 29 listed NOC. You need at least one year experience in the last 10 years.
