I got visa but no responce from empolyer

Hi to all,
I got tamporary work visa for 2 years and my LMO will expire 13/06/09.
I sent email to my empolyer and tolled them but they keep me on hold.
My quistion is.
If I will go before expire my LMO even my empolyer keeping me on hold so any problem at entry point.?
Because I am worry for my LMO expire.

hi bader,

you have to have a clear confirmation with your employer if they will still hire
you. theres a lot of cases nowadays were in having a trv and lmo doesnt mean that
you can already enter canada, coz work permit is issued at the port of entry. once they confirmed
it with you and send the tickets then its time for you to go...goodluck
