hello friends..

just wanna let u know guys that i send application in one year canadian work exp (in NOC B) to Sydney on May 15, 2009
and they approved it on July 16, 2009. I am living in Canada and hve worked a full year as a sales supervisor.
i do not have AEO.

Now i m ready to send my PR application to Buffalo, US.

When did ur application reach CIO ?
Did you get an email approval ?

It reached at CIO on May 15, 2009. it took 2 months to get final response from CIO.

and i recevied a printed letter from them (4 pages with fee receipt which i paid to them (550))

I did not provide my email to them..

My application reached CIO on 6th July , i too am applying under 1 year experience category.
Going by your case , it looks to me that i should wait at least till august end before expecting any response from Sydney CIO.

Congratulation and good luck in your process at buffalo am under category three too my application reached there on june 8.

4 pages letter !! would you please give me an idea about what is written exactly on the pages along with your eligibility for further processing ?

The letter from CIO starts with receiving date of my application which is may 15,2009. then its says that they have assessed my application as per ministrial inst. published on nov 28, 2008. then it says " Based on the information provided, your application is being recommended for further assessment by a visa office. You are therfore requested to submit fill application to the following visa office" which is buffalo, US in 120 days.
