This is a message from the Embassy of Canada in Guatemala.
In order to be able to continue with your process, you are required to send the following information. We will be sending the same request via correspondence to the Embassy of Canada in Costa Rica and will be available for you to pick up on October 18.
Payment of RIGHT OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE FEE for you and your spouse: US$490 X 2 = US$980. It must be submitted in the form of a certified check or bank draft. If it is in US dollars, it must be made payable to Embajada de Canadá or Canadian Embassy OR CAD$490 X 2 = CDA$980. If it is in Canadian dollars, it must be payable to Receiver General for Canada
Valid ORIGINAL passport FOR YOU AND YOUR SPOUSE
A pre-paid airway bill must be included with your documents
ALL Documents MUST Be Received At Visa Office. IMPORTANT: This will be the only request for information. If we do not receive these documents within sixty days (60) from the date of this message, your application will be assessed based on the information on file and may be refused. There will be no follow-up to this letter.
NOTE Have a question Do I have to wait to collect that package to send the payment , can I just to send the payment.

I think you are to submit the passports as well as the required fee at the same time, as they want to complete the process.

submit on same day if any query you can ask to VO counter.
