I got my CAIPS notes.. Seniors,Please help with interpretation

  Hi ItsBeenlong now,
                          Total points underneath the factors was =10. Every other thing was still 00 like i said.  Does it mean that my application has not been assessed  yet? My BF'D to PS was the 22.1.2011 can it be that my file was assessed on this date.  Many with whom i applied are already landed, but i am here with application not assessed. It is really unfair.


In my  2nd AOR it was said i can contact them after 18th month if i do not hear from them. February ending is my 18ths month since i sent my full documents to the  visa office.

One other problem is that the Abidjan visa office where my application is, has been temporarily closed and on their website they have re-directed everything to Dakar visa office, does it mean they will continue processing at Dakar or what is going on?.

Any advice.

Well Friend, Im no expert, but I can tell you about my caips, just like you I have Age 10, the rest all 000, but my Total is 67
Someone told me that since my PSDEC - 1, was done, my points were freezed, anyways, my guess would be that your file
could be under verification checks, once done, your PSDEC and SELDEC will get populated, and eventually you will receive your
MRs,

                                Yes i really hope so, ok my BF'D was 22.01.2011, After how many months can i order the next Caips Notes to see w hat is going on in my file. Does it mean that  they looked at my file on this date?

i would suggest, order caips 2  months after the bfd, and look for the assessment results, psdec, seldec and the bfd date
